How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Your orders will be shipped out soon (1-2 days order processing time) after your payment.
If you want to modify/cancel your order, please email our customer service team at service@pairaydental.com or call us at +86 18736055759 within 24 hours after placing the order. Please provide your order number and the changes you would like to make.
What Should I Do If I Received a Defective Product?
We are very sorry that you received a defective order. Please email our customer service team at service@pairaydental.com or call us at +86 18736055759, and provide your order number, describe the product issue, and upload some photos or a short video to show the problem. Our customer service will contact you within 48 hours (an additional 3-5 business days are required during Chinese statutory public holidays)
to resolve the issue for you.
Does Your Product Have a Warranty Period?
Most products have warranty. Warranty of equipment products is 1-2 years, other items is 6 months-1 year, you can contact customer service team if you need to know the special warranty period.
Please notice that our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear of the product caused by customer.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we only offer shipping services within the continental United States. We provide totally free shipping for payments amount over $200 to the United States, payments amount under $200 have a $4.99 shipping fee, the default shipping method is UPS/USPS/FedEx.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders paid before 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hongkong will be handled on the same day, after this time, they will be processed the next day.
Handing Time: in 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: in 1-5 business days.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
The default shipping method is UPS/USPS/FedEx (We only provide free shipping to the continental USA!).
If package weight is less than 0.45kg, we ship via USPS; If over 0.45kg, we ship via UPS/FedEx.
We can't ship to PO Box address.

RETURNS & REFUND
How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer offers a 60-day return and exchange period for new products. This period is calculated from the date the order is signed for. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. If 60 days have gone by since your receipt of the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we'll refund within 1-3 working days to the same credit card used for the original purchase. If you paid by Paypal balance, you can receive money with 24 hours.If you paid by credit card, you can receive money in 7- 15 working days, no more than 30 working days. It mainly depends on the policy of your credit card company.
Are There Any Charges for Return?
If the return is due to a shipping error, incorrect item sent, damage during transit/courier delivery, or a clear warranty claim, we will bear all shipping costs. (Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a return label. If a return label cannot be provided due to reasons such as the product being overweight or the postal code being outside the service range, the customer will need to ship the item on their own. After the customer submits a valid shipping receipt, we will reimburse the shipping fee.)
Except for the above cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
