How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to change the order information, please tell us about your order number and changes you want to do to our customer support.

What Should I Do If I Received a Defective Product?

We are sorry that you received a defective order and please go through our RETURNS & REFUND portal under "HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?" question from the top.

Does Your Product Have a Warranty Period?

Most of the products have warranty. Warranty of equipment products is 1-2 years, other items is 6 months-1 year, you can contact customer service team if you need to know the special warranty period.

Yes we ship all over the world by Free Standard Shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our Handing time is 1-2 days. Your order will be shipped by FREE Shipping, It will take 5-15 days to United States.

We support Free Standard Shipping, the default shipping method is YANWEN, USPS or UPS (We only provide free shipping to the continental USA!).

About Customs Duties

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Attention: No customs issues in the United States. For customers in other countries, if you can't clear customs, please don't pay the fees of Express shipping, Standard Shipping don't need to clear customs.


How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Any items after 30 days of purchase can have a partial refund, and we will provide with a reasonable reason.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.

If the return caused by quality issue, there will be no charges for return and we will provide you a free shipping label.
