Refund policy

Refund and Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved. We do not refund opened, altered, discounted (these are final sale), or damaged products.

Return/Replacement

We allow you to apply for return or refund, exchange within 60 days after the date of delivery. Please follow these steps for the return/replacement:

Step 1: If the products you received is damaged, not correct or are not satisfied, please email service@pairaydental.com to request a return/replacement.
Step 2: Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days, and will inform you return details by email or phone once the return/exchange request has been authorized.
Step 3: Please ship out the returned items (including all parts, gifts, etc.) to the address we provide within the next 3 days after getting our authorization email.
Step 4: After our warehouse received the returned items (unused and with original packaging), we will issue a refund or send you the replacement.
For any product for which the refund has to be processed will only be done after the returned product has been received by the customer to us.

    About Return Shipping Fee

    The product is defective:
    We pay all shipping costs of a return is a result of our errors, like the items are damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

    Customer regrets:
    If the return is caused by customer, customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    Refund

    After we received your return or refund application, we'll process within 1-3 working days. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Usually we'll issue a refund within 1-3 working days. The refund money will be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

    If you paid by Paypal balance, you can receive money with 24 hours.
    If you paid by credit card, you can receive money in 7- 15 working days, no more than 30 working days. It mainly depends on the policy of your credit card company.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again. Then contact with your credit card company and bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    If you’ve done all above but still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@pairaydental.com. 

    Modification/Cancellation

    Your orders will be shipped out soon (1-2 days order processing time) after your payment.

    If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order.

    If more than 24 hours, logistics companies will ship out your order, we can't do any change or cancellation. You need to return the package back to us when you get it, after we receive it, we will refund the money within 1-3 working days.
