Direction To Use

Working mode setting
Short press the “M/T” button to select the working mode. Seven working modes can be selected: Normal, High, Turbo, Ortho, Soft, Pulse and Check. Because the curing time of different modes is different, when switching modes, the curing time will automatically follow the switching.
Curing time setting
Long press the “M/T” button to change the curing time. Different working modes have different curing times.

Operating Instructions

1. Press button "△"for 1 second and release the button when the buzzer warns for once. Following three modes are available

Full Power Mode: The screen shows “∏” The output light intensity is full-power. (recommended mode for clinical)
Progressive Mode: The screen shows “ɲ” The output light intensity enhances gradually power output is to maximum after 5 seconds
Pulsed Mode: The screen shows“∏∏”the blue light works in pulse manner

2. Press button "△"for 2 second and release the button when the buzzer warns for twice. Following three modes based on output of power density are available.

Ultra High Power Density: The screen shows "P1" The power density is about 3200mW/cm.
High Power Density: The screen shows "P2", The power density is about 2400mW/cm²
Standard Power Density: The screen shows "P3", The power density is about 1600mW/cm².

3. Tap button "△" to select working time interval. In"P3"mode, the time interval can be chose from 1,2,3.4,5.10,15,20 25,30, 35, 40 second In"P2"mode, the time interval can be chose from 1,2,3.4,5, 10,15,20 second In"P1"mode, the time interval can be chosefrom 1,2.3, second Information on the screen is shown in the figure.

4. During the operation, put the disposable sleeve on the top of the main unit, aim the top at the correct position, press the ON/OF F button ("O" )and the main unit will produce 'Di' sound, the curing light radiates blue light and starts working according to the set modes Meanwhile, it starts counting down from the set working time interval, it stops working when counting down to ("O" )The screen displays the set working time interval again.

5. Operation can be stopped by paras the ON/OFF button ("O").

6. After a working cycle, operator can press the ON/OFF button ("O"). to start another working cycle. Stop operating if the equipment is burning obviously, let equipment cool down before restarting. Suggest continous working cycle less than 5 times.

7. Battery Indicator: Low power detective circuit is fixed inside of the main unit.If battery indicator in the screen has only 1 bar left, please charge in time.

8. When the battery needs to be charged. plug USB Type A jack in USB Type A plug of power adapter, and connect the plug of power adapter into the AC 100V-240V power supply, and connect Micro USB of USB cable into charge indicator in charge. The blue indicator light on charger indicates charger on standby. Put the main unit to the charging point of the charger, and the indicator light turns green, main unit is detected. Meanwhile,the indicator light at the bottom of main unit turn green, the curing light starts charging. When charging finished, the indicator light at the bottom of main unit turn blue.

9. After operating, take off the disposable sleeve and throw away, avoid reusing. Power output will be, decreased by 5-10% if using the disposable sleeve.

10. The product will turn off automatically if there is And operations within 2 minutes. Turn it on by pressing any button.

11. The depth of solidification or dental resin composite is not less than 4mm per 10 second. The recommended separation distance between Iuminous point and solidifying point is 2mm.

Operation

1. Choose one of three operation modes by pressing the mode switch button on the curing light.
Full power: The screen shows 01, the blue light radiates in full power, light intensity: 1000mW/cm2 ~1400mW/cm2.(recommending mode for clinical)
Progressive: The screen shows 02, the blue light power increase stronger continually, after 5 seconds reaches to the highest power，light intensity: 1000mW/cm2 ~1400mW/cm2.
Pulse: The screen shows 03, the blue light works on the pulse condition. light intensity: 1000mW/cm2 ~1400mW/cm2.
2. Press the "T"time set button to choose from3, 5,10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 seconds for working time.
3. When the shooting period is done, press the "I" on/off button again for next shooting period. If the device becomes hot, the user should stop using the device and wait till the device cooling down. Recommending shooting period is not over 10 times.
4. Low battery alert: This device contains the low battery checking function. When the battery is low of power, the screen will blink.
5. The device will be automatically power off after 1 minutes in idle, and press any button to start.
6. The solidification effect for composite resin is not less than 4mm in 10 seconds.

INSTALLATION

Insert light head into the curing light hand-piece with a twisting motion，Ensure that both the direct light source head and the light curing host are fully connected to their corresponding positions
Connect the adapter connector to the USB Type-C charging line, and then connect the power supply. The magnet tail cap at the bottom of the host can be stably adsorbed on other metal surfaces.
After switching on the power adapter, insert the charging port or pull out the charging port, the machine will wake up automatically, and the host screen will light up
The main panel indicator light "orange" indicates that the battery is in charge, and the light "green" indicates that the battery is full, and the machine will automatically stop charging.
When the host is charged for one minute in an unused state, the screen will shut down automatically, and the battery will still be charged until the battery is full.
The battery is not fully charged prior to shipment. Please charge the battery for a minimum of 4 hours prior to first use.
To check the battery, press and hold the time switch for 4 seconds, display screen will show:

OPERATION

Turn on the curing light with on/off switch
This machine has 3S high power. full RAMP PULSE 3'+3'Five working modes. The default mode is (full power) and the default time is 10 seconds.
Press and hold the time button for 0.1 seconds to select the time.Only three time modes of FULL RAMP PULSE can be selected, which are 05 10 15 20 25, respectively.
Long press mode button 0.5 seconds to unlock, mode selection can be made, when no operation 30S automatically unlock, and long press mode button 0.5 seconds to unlock.
Every change of time or mode, there will be a ‘beep’ sound. The curing light will keep the last program selected in memory
Put on the disposable curing light sleeve to cover the whole curing light for cross-infection control. Then put on the light protective shield and light head protective ring, the curing light is ready for use
Remove and dispose of the curing light sleeves after every patient
Curing light will automatically turn off if not in use for 1 minute
