Woodpecker DTE DPEX V Apex Locator 4.5" LCD Connectable. It is the Rose Gold The Fifth Generation 4.5" LCD connectable endo motor featuring more accurate and intuitive measurement, clear view and sound, apical stop setting, folding upgraded chip, innovation algorithm, high sensitivity and multi‑configuration for precise working length determination in endodontics. One Year Warranty.
- An electronic apex locator is an electronic device used in endodontics to determine the position of the apical constriction and thus helps in determining the precise working length.
- Using the latest multi-frequency apical positioning technology, Woodpecker DTE DPEX V Apex Locator avoids the influence of subjective factors of measurement results.
- Measuring results are not affected by the tooth type, effects of root canal orifice size, root canal internal environment.
- It shows real-time display of the moving file in the root canal.

Simple, Clear View and Sound: Zoom in on the apical 1/3 narrow part. Subdivision from 11-19. More accurate and intuitive measurement trajectory, effectively preventing perforation. When the file is less than 2mm from the apical foramen, there will be intermittent low-frequency beeps prompt. When the file approaches the apical foramen, the sound gradually rushed. When the file reaching the preset position of the apex, there will be continuous high-frequency beeps prompt.
-
Accurate: Eliminate interference. Inherit multi-frequency apex positioning technology. Add DSP data processing system. Combined with clinical big data fitting, it can ensure accurate measuring even there are residual pulp and blood in the root canal.
-
Apical Stop Setting. Add the apical stop alarm function. The alarm position can be adjusted freely according to clinical needs. Flexible seeting, timely remined to measure distance. Reposition the display location of 0.5mm from the apical foramen.
